As an autistic person and the mother of an autistic child, I have developed a support program based on my personal and professional experience, as well as research by autistic individuals from around the world: Brigitte Harrison (Canada), Ron D. Davis (USA), Damian Milton (United Kingdom), Satsuki Ayaya (Japan)…

This program, divided into several modules (Stress Management, Fatigue Management, and Communication Management), aims to help those affected thrive while respecting their neurodiversity, as well as their values, desires, and needs…

Objectives

– A better understanding of oneself, one’s cognitive processes, how to identify one’s emotions, and the sources of stress and fatigue, leading to greater balance in daily life.

– A better understanding of the world, and particularly of society, for more peaceful relationships with others.

– Greater knowledge of the adaptations, strategies, and accommodations to implement to limit the frequency and intensity of autistic crises, as well as the risk of burnout.

This support is offered to people on the autism spectrum, whether they have been diagnosed or are simply unsure about their condition (I do not provide diagnoses, but for those who wish, I can help them determine whether it is worth exploring the issue or not).

This program is also suitable for individuals on the neurodiverse spectrum who feel out of step with society (ADHD: attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder; GID: gifted intellectual potential; dyslexia… conditions I also “check off the boxes” for).

I also offer parental guidance so that parents can understand their child and support them in their daily life and development.
